Summary
Basic GLP-1 Tracker is designed as a local-first personal tracking app. The information you enter is used to power your tracker history, heatmap, charts, and exported files.
Information the App May Store
Depending on how you use the app, information you enter may include:
- medication type, dose timing, dose amount, and injection site
- weight and nutrition entries such as calories, protein, fiber, and fat
- symptom and subjective tracking values such as nausea, food noise, and hunger
- dates and tracker history needed to display charts and summaries
- files you choose to export or import, such as JSON or CSV
How Information Is Used
Your information is used only to provide the tracker experience inside the app, including saved entries, trend charts, heatmaps, and file export or import actions that you choose to use.
Where Information Is Stored
In the current version, core tracker information is stored locally on your device or in your browser storage, depending on how you use the app. The app does not require a user account for the core tracker experience.
Sharing and Exports
If you export or share data from the app, that action is started by you. Once an export is sent to another app, file location, or sharing destination, the handling of that exported copy depends on the destination you selected.
Analytics, Advertising, and Selling Data
The current version of Basic GLP-1 Tracker does not require a backend service for core use, does not require account creation, and is not designed to sell your personal data. It is not intended to use your tracker entries for advertising.
Medical Disclaimer
Basic GLP-1 Tracker is a personal tracking tool. Any medication level display in the app is a simple estimate based on user entries and generic assumptions. It is not a measured medical value and should not be used for dosing, treatment changes, or other medical decisions. For medical guidance, consult a licensed clinician.
